FOR SAFETY
Here is another tweak
for users of cherry mobile titan (w500) if you want to add your own boot logo
and change the boot animation and sound simply follow the instructions here.
REQUIRED: ROOTED PHONE
OPTIONAL: BACKUP YOUR PHONE
the Cherry Mobile
Titan Has 3 Boot loading
1.
Cherry Mobile Boot
Logo – as of the
moment you cannot change this 
2.
Custom
Boot Logo – as a default
you don’t have this so we will add this on this tutorial
3.
Boot Animation – Custom Boot Animations predefined on
some apps.
CUSTOM BOOT LOGO
once you have
installed this open it and goto
1.
click the ROOT
BROWSER
2.
then SYSTEM
3.
goto MEDIA
4.
click the IMAGES
5.
you will see the
boot_logo
6.
and copy the boot_logo
7.
then click the home
icon then select the SDCARD
8.
and paste it on the
root directory
Now you can plug your
usb cable to copy that file (boot_logo) onto your LOCAL DRIVE (PC) and rename
it to boot_logo.bin, then open the IMAGE SEARCH EDITOR and find the boot_logo.binthat
you have renamed.
as a default windows doesn’t show you filetype extension in
order to show that you need to goto your menu bar > organize > folder and
search options > view > uncheck the hide extensions for known file types
Next is to click the BMP
button and then the 16bit button because the image
that we are going to edit is a bitmap
goto size > then
Set Image Size and we will change the actual size so you will see the actual
logo image
you need to change it
to 480 x 800 and press OK.
you must now see this
image as a whole 
and
now all you have to do is save it as .BMP file so we can edit it on a photo
editing application ex.Photoshop but don’t close the image search editor we
will still use it later.
I have added our logo
and customize it the way I want it to show, you can freely edit this as long as
you want and once you are satisfied you need to save it as .bmp
follow this settings
FILE FORMAT = WINDOWS , DEPTH = 16bith and press ok , now you have save your
file, let’s go back to the image search editor
and now goto edit >
then click the replace by BMP and look for the file that you have save a while
ago and open that.
it will now replace
the old cherry mobile logo and click the apply to save changes
then save it as .bin
again , now you can rename it back to boot_logo by removing
the .bin filename, and then transfer it back again into your mobile phone using
the ROM TOOLBOX root browser and overright the old boot_logo be
sure to delete first the old one before pasting it again, when you reboot your
phone you will see it now after the cherry mobile logo
BOOT ANIMATION
1. goto ROM TOOLBOX app
and then swipe it to the right until you see the boot animations
click the boot
animations and choose from the hundres/thousands of different animation that
suits your taste. simply
download or even preview and install then reboot again your phone you
will see now the new boot animations on your phone pretty easy right.
