This is the current stable update of Samsung S5  CyanogenMOD 12 “Lollipop” !

You can try these two options to your device.

How to Install: (Clean install)                                  (Update install)

After the first boot you have to start the aTweaks app and apply following settings:

-CPU: Active Governor: intelliactive CPU Max Frequency: 1600 Mhz

-MISC: Boost Boot: Enable Boost-Bot  Boost Boot CPU Frequenzy 1600 Mhz

            Hardswap on Preload Partition: Enable hardswap

-STORAGE: I/O Schedulers: bfq   I/O Read-ahead: 512 kb

-Reboot
